Tom is a Certified Wildlife Biologist with over 30 years of experience studying birds and other wildlife. Cathy loves to share her extensive bird feeding experiences with backyard birders. Our cheerful employees are experts in all aspects of attracting and identifying birds and other wildlife. Bonnie Ott is renowned throughout the region for her knowledge about birds and is recognized as "Sparrow Queen" by the Bird Club for her uncanny ability to identify native sparrows in the field. She enthusiastically helps beginners and veteran birders alike enjoy nature in their backyards and neighborhoods. Michelle Wright and Diane Nagengast are accomplished naturalists who especially enjoy helping children and adults understand and appreciate wildlife where they live.
